Please ensure someone is available to receive your meals during the expected delivery time window. Though, if you're unavailable at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your front door or with your concierge. Our meals are packed in insulated bags to help keep them fresh for up to 2 hours.

To guarantee your food stays fresh right to your doorstep, we do not use disposable cardboard boxes. Instead, all deliveries are packed inside commercial, sanitized thermal cooler bags with frozen ice packs.
-
If you have an insulated bag from the last delivery, please leave it at your door or with your concierge so our driver can pick it up.
